Had a lymphatic massage at the salon. Great way, after landing in Florence, to start my visit of the area. The price on the website and what’s charged in euro isn’t the same, which is misleading. I appreciated being able to sit and have water after paying

Want to give a shout to Fabian - understood what I wanted, and delivered a fantastic haircut in an efficient manner Always stressful when having a haircut whilst on holiday and in my case, before a wedding, but I was really impressed by the quality here. No doubt will come back here should I be back in Florence (and needing a haircut!)

Un salone moderno che al contempo rispetta e mantiene intatto lo stile storico del palazzo in cui si trova. Il personale è gentile ed estremamente competente! Un team che ascolta attentamente i desideri dei clienti e li realizza in modo molto professionale! Attenzione per il cliente, professionalità e livello molto alto.

Blerta just gave me the best blonde and haircut of my life. Seriously. I've gone to endless stylists and have never had anyone give me such an effortless and natural looking blonde. Blerta was extremely detail oriented, efficient and kind. She was especially patient and sweet with my limited Italian. Would highly recommend seeing her for a seamless, effortlessly beautiful color, cut and style.

WOW, I have never been so pleased with not only a blowout but the entire experience. From the moment I walked in it was lovely. Smiles, warm energy and I felt very welcome. The care and attention to detail has been incredible and I have never loved a blowout result more. I feel beautiful! And looking around, everyone’s cuts and styles look amazing! Will be back and highly recommend for anyone, men and women, wishing to treat themself to a wonderful experience.

Primo colore della mia vita fantastico. Taglio impeccabile e piega stupenda. Sono veramente felice e soddisfatta, personale super gentile e in particolare grazie a Fabian e al suo impegno. Non vedo l ora di ritornare!

Meilleur salon de Florence!! Je suis venue avec ma mère et tout était parfait, du début à la fin. Un coiffeur comme on n’en trouve plus : talentueux, à l’écoute et passionné. Ma mère est ressortie transformée, comme une nouvelle femme ! Toute l’équipe est d’une gentillesse incroyable, et le salon est tout simplement magnifique. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

È stata una bellissima esperienza, taglio e piega super e sono tutti gentili, simpatici e molto accoglienti. Un grazie particolare a Rosi. Ci vediamo presto 😉

Fabian is phenomenal! Booked a blowout last minute while traveling, he was SO meticulous, my blowout lasted a full week. I went back for a second blow out and a trim, all while on vacation. The cut was so precise and thoughtful. I’ve had my hair blown out all over the world and he stands out. Highly recommend!

An incredible salon! I came in for color and a haircut. All of the stylists did exactly what I asked. Everyone worked with such precision. I’ve never been happier with my hair. Thank you Luca and Fabian! :)

I had a SEAMLESS experience here! The place is absolutely beautiful! So contemporary and clean! The team is wonderful! I went for hair treatment + trim and a blow dry! Blerta was the one who managed everything with me, and regardless of us being able to communicate properly (My Italian isnt that great) - SHE WAS AMAZING! So KIND and so understanding with how I felt about the trim. Cannot wait to visit again!

I love going to wave! Since I moved to Florence is my favorite salon. I always get my hair done with Luca he is amazing, the precision of every cut being exact in each side by millimeter is impressive. The salon is gorgeous and the staff is always very kind. The hair treatments for scalp and ends always make such a difference on my hair. Plus they also do threading for the eyebrows! Thank you Luca and everyone at wave!

Dopo svariati tagli, Luca ha dato vita al taglio corto più bello che io abbia mai indossato!!! Con blocchi di colore perfetti.

Esperienza super positiva!sono andata al salone per la prima volta per sistemare un taglio corto e Luca è stato super attento e preciso oltre che gentilissimo e cortese!il taglio mi è piaciuto subito e devo dire che è un piacere anche sistemarli da sola😊 Tornerò sicuramente magari anche per altri trattamenti 😊

Esperienza pessima! I’ultima volta che sono andata a tagliarmi i capelli, sono uscita molto delusa e pentita della mia scelta. Volevo una frangia su capelli ricci e mi sono ritrovata con un taglio orribile che non sembrava il risultato di un professionista e i capelli lavati e tagliati in meno di 20 minuti in fretta e furia, senza curarsi minimamente della mia richiesta (con tanto di foto per essere sicura che capisse). 80 euro buttati via letteralmente. L’ambiente oltretutto è molto teso, quella che immagino fosse la titolare o qualcosa del genere, é stata sgradevole e poco accogliente con i clienti, che comunque hanno SCELTO di spendere il proprio denaro in quel salone. É un vero peccato 🤷🏻‍♀️
