I bought the most amazing piece from Doriana’s shop in murano. The business is family run and so authentic, making the customer experience even better. As someone quite young, I really appreciated being respected and taken seriously by her, which unfortunately wasn’t the case at other stores. I had many questions which she clearly and promptly replied to on WhatsApp. The packaging was also excellent and done so carefully, which was impressive and a relief as the piece is large. Doriana made the experience personal and professional, and I highly recommend a visit to support their shop in Murano.

TY for your response. I just returned from Positano to learn how the cost of these chandeliers has increased. I found the spare parts with my daughter's help and my chandelier is back to its original state. Thanks you for your time and sorry for the aggravation my previous review has caused you.

I stopped here in 2023 and saw something that was beautiful. I never bought it and regretted it ever since. In 2025, we made a trip back to get some glass. The same lady was there and was very helpful. The item was shipped, packed very well and arrived quickly. I would definitely buy from them again.

La signora Doriana è molto disponibile e gentile cercando di mettere a proprio agio il cliente. Molto consigliato per chi volesse portare a casa qualcosa di autentico prodotto sull'Isola di Murano. The shop was very easy to find and we see there a green leaf with two turtles above. We where very interested and asked for more information about it. The where very friendly and push us not for buying; in contrast with other shops in Merano. Back home we decide for buying it and send a email to Cenedese & Gasparini. Only 3 days later on we became the parcel safe and well on our adress. Everything was going very easily. We can t only says that Cenedese & Gasparini a 200% fair shop is and very commendable. We are glad fot buying the leaf

Unser ganz persönliches Lieblingsgeschäft auf Murano. Sehr persönlich und freundlich. Wenn wir ein Zimmer neu gestalten, ist der erste Weg hierher. Wir haben immer etwas passendes gefunden. Beinahe jedes Zimmer ist mit ihren Lustern ausgestattet 🥰

French/English:Je cherchais un lustre de Murano. Je suis allé dans beaucoup de magasin/fabricant. Ici ils m 'ont proposé une fabrication sur mesure. Deux mois après j'ai reçu le lustre, une fabrication parfaite et faite à la main. Parfaitement emballée. Quant au prix il est tout à fait abordable. Sans conteste c'est le meilleurs rapport qualité prix de Murano. Un conseil: allez chez eux directement et ne perdez pas de temps ailleurs . I was looking for a Murano chandelier. I went to a lot of stores/manufacturers. Here they offered me custom manufacturing. Two months later I received the chandelier, perfect and handmade. Perfectly packaged. As for the price, it is quite affordable. Without a doubt it is the best value for money in Murano. A word of advice: go to them directly and don’t waste time elsewhere

A febbraio 2023, ci siamo recati a Venezia, per il Carnevale, visitando Murano, abbiamo fatto un giro nelle varie fabbriche, per acquistare un lampadario classico in vetro di Murano, eravamo molto indecisi , ci sembrava che la qualità prezzo in alcuni casi era esagerata, finche siamo entrati nel negozio di Doriana, la quale ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso, ci ha fatto scegliere, dal vivo, il modello di lampadario che ci piaceva e ci ha proposto alcune modifiche seguendo il nostro gusto.... che dire abbiamo ordinato il "nostro" lampadario , lo hanno costruito per noi....... qualche tempo fa ce lo hanno spedito, imballato in modo straordinario, lo abbiamo montato..... completamente soddisfatti , come lo desideravamo , ad un prezzo giusto, avendo ricevuto preventivi di altri negozianti.....che dire grazie alla Vetreria Cenedese & Gasparini, avete realizzato il nostro sogno.
