An experience I needed, I was looking for an engagement ring that was as simple and elegant as possible and, from what I heard, I went to Valmand to see the products, especially since I had found a few on the site and wanted to see them. Ana Barbacariu greeted me and from a few details she understood exactly what I wanted, helped me choose what I was looking for, then guided me to choose the quality of the diamond. Compared to other specialized stores, I thought it was a very good price, and the diamond came with a GIA certificate, which attests to its excellent quality. Of course, later we came back to resize the ring, when Ana also helped us choose the wedding rings. The engagement ring is awsome, but for the wedding ring we saw a sample, for which we placed the order and are waiting for it to arrive! Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and I have no doubt that the wedding ring will be as beautiful as the engagement ring, and Ana really had the patience and openness necessary for us, so if you end up in Valmand, I recommend you seek her out.

I recently bought my engagement ring from Valmand, after comparing it to other physical stores. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the team, in my first "fancy" purchase. I thank them from the bottom of my heart, because my fiancée is very proud of her new ring, and I hope of her new fiancé as well:)).

Very good experience starting from the first time I entered the store, to the day I received the ring! The most important thing for me was the punctuality of the delivery and the constant help of Ana, who was very involved and did everything possible for the ring to arrive on time, even on a tight schedule.
