Tuais: This restaurant (in Odalengo Piccolo) is simply superb! It’s off the beaten path but more than worth the effort to get there. Chef/owner Fabio never disappoints. Fabio is a culinary genius -- everything including the wine is “Zero Kilometer,” that is, all local fresh ingredients, which means his menu is constantly changing depending on the season and availability of ingredients. We discovered Tuais in 2022 and have returned several times with Italian relatives that also rave about the experience of dining at Tuais. Make sure you make a reservation! If you’re looking for authentic Piemonte cuisine that is prepared exquisitely – Tuais is a must.

Tappa fissa da anni per un pranzo speciale a base di funghi e tartufi. Il locale è tranquillo, con pochi coperti e un’atmosfera familiare che ti fa sentire subito a casa. La cucina è tipicamente piemontese, curata in ogni dettaglio e basata su prodotti locali a km zero. Ogni piatto è una garanzia: sapori autentici, materie prime eccellenti ed una mano in cucina, quella del Sig. Fabio, davvero esperta. Oltre ad essere un cuoco capace, è anche un oste attento ed appassionato. In tutti questi anni, non ha mai sbagliato un colpo! Ogni esperienza è stata impeccabile, sempre all’altezza delle aspettative. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca qualità, tradizione e genuinità.

Great food and atmosphere!

Même si nous devions faire un dîner express, le propriétaire nous a super bien accueilli. Tout était excellent, avec des produits locaux et de son jardin, pour au final un prix vraiment abordable ! En plus il parle un anglais et français parfait. Nous recommandons à tous ceux qui passent dans la région !

Lekkere, authentieke keuken met een leuke twist.

Lekkere lokale keuken. Kok geeft lekkere twist aan de gerechten. Bij aankomst krijg je onmiddellijk antipasti aangeboden die je al een voorsmaakje geven. We schrokken van de rekening. Voor 4 mensen waaronder 2 glazen wijn, een antipasti van het huis, nadien een breed assortiment van antipasti met twist van de chef, iedereen een primi gerecht en dan nog een dessert dat we met twee deelden omdat we volledig vol zaten + brood betaalden we 99 euro.

Le patron, un personnage haut en couleurs, met un point d'honneur à faire déguster les légumes de son jardin, à acheter sa viande dans les environs et à préparer tous les plats lui-même ... un vrai délice , une cuisine authentique et locavore ... Une très jolie adresse

Vaut un large détour ! Cuisine au top avec des produits "kilomètre zero", chef au top. A ne pas manquer si vous êtes a moins de 30km, voire plus !

Il proprietario un po’ rigido e cinico, poco ospitale decisamente, ma il cibo molto buono. Resta che l accoglienza mancata non fa desiderare di tornare volentieri

Great food with very nice atmosphere and good prices

Where to start… You are greeted by the owner/waiter/chef (all the same boss) There was no menu card as it all came from the the chef’s head. All products and ingredients are all made from his own garden or local products. Each dishes was delicious. And after each dish, the chef asks you what do you want next…. An amazing experience, the chef is a genius! We didn’t know the price of our dishes as there was no menu card, but to our surprise, it was extremely cheap. We paid 83 Euros for the chef’s choice of: 4 anti pasti, primi and secondi. No space for dessert, so we skipped that one. And included we had; A bottle of his own wine (grapes), one red wine and lots of water! We were given very excited homemade grissini (chocolate, rosemary and onion taste) and the best vitello tunnato we have tried in the region! Please call for a reservation! And tips needs to be given cash 💰 Lots of parking and dog friendly.

Monferrato in tavola

Ristorante situato sulle colline del Monferrato, appena fuori Odalengo Piccolo. Tranquillo, ben arredato, servizio cordiale. Piatti della tradizione locale presentati in modo elegante. Sapori armonici, materie prime freschissime. Chef simpatico e tuttofare. Davvero consigliato, sia a famiglie che a coppie, per una fuga romantica. Complimenti, anche per l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Restaurant conseillé par le propriétaire de notre bed and breakfast. Très bonne surprise, produits locaux ( excellent ! ), un chef Fabio aux petits soins, tres sympa, bons conseils pour le choix des plats. A recommander ( arrivée tôt, Fabio nous a tout de même installé rapidement).

Cena con amici. Tutti pienamente soddisfatti. Grazie Fabio per le cose squisite che ci hai fatto mangiare. Cibo ottimo, vino ottimo e titolare fuori dagli schemi, fantastico!
