Det var meget charmerende Italiensk. Super hyggeligt og dejlig morgenmad. Søde og venlig personaler. Ikke noget.

Camera con prese della corrente non funzionanti e senza aria condizionata. Alla mia lamentela mi hanno dato un ventilatore che sembrava un trattore. Al mattino mi hanno detto che era colpa mia ad essere arrivato tardi e non potevano chiamare il tecnico. Nessun tipo di scusa. Adesso provate a rispondere che non è vero e che negli archivi non risulta la prenotazione.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Latinum. Staff was awesome in everyway. They explained the area, where to go and what public transportation to use. From the Italian espresso, to the rooftop sitting area, we just were happy with the service. The breakfast was on point, simple but filling. Our room was clean, baby crib available when we needed it.

Booking дважды снял деньги за бронирование, прошу разобраться

Удобное расположение, 20 минут пешком от жд вокзала, достопримечательности рядом. Уютно, мило, чисто. Есть трансфер в аэропорт. К Hotel Latinum вопросов нет, все хорошо. Есть претензии к Booking: по сути, незаконно сняли деньги и не возвращают. Суть проблемы: изначально я бронировала другой отель, Turati Termini, тоже в Риме рядом с жд вокзалом. Всю сумму сразу же сняли с карты, но подтверждение бронирования не прислали, вообще никакой обратной связи. Пять дней я пыталась добиться от службы поддержки Booking, чтобы дали ответ от отеля Turati Termini и подтверждение бронирования. Booking в ответ шлет издевательские письма с уверениями, что готов помочь по любому вопросу и запрашивает пин-код бронирования, который отель не прислал. На мои объяснения, что суть проблемы в том, что нет никакой информации от отеля, Booking отвечает, что готов помочь, если я предоставлю эту информацию. При этом деньги сняты, вернуть невозможно. Считаю это мошенничеством, за которое несет ответственность служба Booking. В результате мне пришлось бронировать другой отель, платить снова. Требую вернуть деньги за неподтвержденное бронирование в Hotel Turati Termini.

Ubicación: - dos tranvía en la puerta del hotel, uno que te lleva a Termini y otro a Trastevere. - línea de bus en la puerta del hotel, que te lleva a la fontana. - Luego el metropolitano, a 5 minutos a pie, que te lleva al Vaticano.

A pleasant stay and a perfect spot for city access

Good tasty breakfast options - had to prebook the time as the breakfast room was small, but this was not a problem at all. Staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to help. Rooms were a good size and had comfortable beds with a good view to Porta Maggiore. Tram stops are directly outside the hotel with regular connections into central Rome and also Termini.

Excelente, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Ótimo quarto, banheiro, Wi-Fi, café, fácil para pegar ônibus e tram pra estação, Coliseu, Trastevere , etc. A localização é boa pra quem pretendia usar muito o transporte público, como nós que compramos o passe ilimitado; mas não é boa para sair andando. O café da manhã é excelente, mas poucas opções de frutas. É caro pelo que oferece mas comparando com outros achamos a melhor opção porque Roma no verão é muito cara.

Everything is good about this hotel. The extra star could be the staff. They are one of a kind, exceptionally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a lovely hotel with an excellent staff. We loved staying here and when we go back to Rome, we will stay here. The friendliness is incredible and we miss you already. Om the top there is a terasse where you can sit and enjoy life.

Loved the Hotel Latinum

This hotel was fantastic! The staff was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. The room was clean and a nice size bathroom. Breakfast was great, we checked out early in the morning and they made sure we had breakfast to go! Can't say enough nice things about the staff. The location was perfect. Near the train station. There's a bus stop just outside the gate and a taxi stand right across the street and the metro is just a few blocks over. Highly recommend this hotel. Nothing.

Pequeño y bonito hotel

La habitación era muy comoda, a pesar de ser pequeña. Quizas le faltaban algunas cosas para un 4 estrellas, pero la excelente atención del personal, compensa todo. El hotel fue reformado y está bonito, limpio y funcional. El trato es excelente, te ayudan con absolutamente todo lo que necesites y se preocupan mucho porque tengas lo que necesites y lo pases bien. Los desayunos son poco variados, pero se entienede porque no tienen cocina, pero lo hacen lo mas variado posible, incluyendo frutas y te preparan un muy buen café al momento. Tienes al frente varias estasiones del tranvia, llegas rapido a Termini, sin estar cerca de esa zona caotica, y tienes una vista de algunas ruinas impresionantes al frente. Muy cerca hay un minimarket y varios restaurantes, al igual que supermercado, farmacia y tiendas, a menos de 3 cuadras... si te gusta caminar, metro directo a unas 6 cuadras o enlazas con el tranvia. Del hotel, nada que decir... de la zona, al ser cruce de tantas lineas de Tranvia y no estar tan lejos de Termini, podias ver gente de todo tipo y falta algo de iluminación, pero hay regularmente policias. Con precuación pero andabamos tranquilos.

Cambio hotel con amara sorpresa

Niente, non ho mai visto questa struttura! Ad un giorno dalla partenza, sono stato contattato telefonicamente ed avvisato che per un errore del sistema sarei stato spostato in un altro hotel di pari qualità e servizi, nonostante la mia prenotazione fosse stata fatta da mesi e pagamento effettuato correttamente. Trasferito in un posto squallido, spacciato per 4 stelle dal Latinum, di un prezzo inferiore su Booking. Per riequilibrare i costi non avrei, secondo il Latinum,dovuto pagare la tassa di soggiorno ma ho dovuto discutere con la hall del nuovo hotel e contattare il Latinum per confermare quello che mi era stato detto. Per intolleranze alimentari, avevo chiesto espressamente, una colazione senza lattosio ma di ciò nemmeno l’ombra e non aggiungerò altro sulle condizioni delle pietanze. Non ho voluto citare volutamente l’hotel in questione ma volevo sottolineare le evidenti mancanze professionali del Latinum.

Colazione minimal ma buona. Aria condizionata fa un po' troppo rumore e nn si regola.
