Phenomenal food, we ordered squid ink Taglionini pasta with prawns and sea risotto di mare. The pasta was chewy with juicy prawns that locks the sauce from within, risotto had the perfect texture, soft and creamy, and a great selection of sea food. For deserts we ordered a panna cotta, silky texture, best we have ever had. And the atmosphere was great, we went at 4 so it was not busy. The server was extremely kind and helpful, very friendly throughout our meal, sorry franchi that I dont know how to spell your name, but if you are reading this thank you for serving us!

Great evening at Principe del Mare! Sea Bass was fantastic and the tiramisu was life changing. Francesco and Thomas were great hosts who provided an inviting atmosphere from beginning to end!

Abbiamo mangiato il di antipasti il carpaccio di salmone con burrata e pistacchio, tartare di tonno con zenzero e capperi e i gamberi in tempera e devo dire tutto favoloso! In seguito abbiamo optato per il menù del giorno prendendo il branzino con patate e verdure, i gamberoni alla griglia in crema di gorgonzola e filetto di salmone con verdure e patate e anche questi a dir poco impeccabili e chiaramente freschi. Il servizio ottimo con i due bravi e simpaticissimi camerieri. Torneremo sicuramente, assolutamente consigliato!!
