Pensione Seguso

Just leaving Venice after staying at Pensione Seguso for 3 nights. It is a beautifully appointed, traditional Pensione. We received the most incredible local recommendations and service from the staff. If you want a hotel that is infinitely charming look no further. We are already dreaming of our return.

Hibátlan. Kitűnő helyen, barátságos, kényelmes szállás, fantasztikus vendéglátók.

Reception manned day and night. Rooms serviced daily. Choice of en-suite and shared bathrooms. Rooms at the front have great views. Breakfast mix of dry foods and cold meats and eggs. Hot drinks served. Friendly place.

Waren zu einer Übernachtung in der Pension. Die Lage ist sher schön gelegen direkt am Wasser und am Kanal. 100 m von der Pension ist eine Wasserbus Station von der man super venedig entdecken kann. Zu Fuß sind es 5-10 Min zu Einkaufspassagen, Restaurants und mehr. Alle Mitarbeiter in der Pension waren sehr Freundlich und extrem Hilfsbereit sowie sprachlich Breit aufgestellt. Die Pension ist super schön in einem Antiken Intalienischen Stil eingerichtet sowie die Zimmer auch. Es gibt einen Aufzug sowie selbst steuerbare Klimaanlagen im Zimmer. Die Zimmer und auch die Pension sind sehr Sauber gewesen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht das Größte aber es ist alles dort um Satt zu werden, außerdem ist der Speisesaal sehr gemütlich und verleiht einen Italienischem Flair. Nach dem Aufenthalt besteht die Möglichkeit seine Koffer dort zu lassen und die Stadt nochmals zu entdecken. Die Mitarbeiter stehen bei der Abreise für Tipps zur schnellen und Bequemen Abreise zur Verfügung

まるでそれは金持ちの家に招かれた様な感覚です。どこにでもある新しいホテルでは感じれない歴史と伝統を感じてください。惜しみないサービスと、クールなオーナー。そして愛嬌のあるスタッフたち。あたかも魔法がかけられた様なこの建物でしか味わえない何かがあります。朝食も十分です。シャワー中、水が溜まってしまうのは排水溝の設計か掃除のどちらかに問題があったみたいですが、これを見てすぐに改善することでしょう。期待も込めて星10です。ありがとう。

Lovely hotel with impeccable service from staff. The rooms were clean and felt very authentically Italian. Perfect location for a quieter spot, but beautiful views and very easy to catch the vaperetto or walk to other parts of the city. Perfect for a weekend in Venice! Thank you for having us 😀

Cet hôtel est un véritable joyaux! Si vous voulez vivre une expérience unique dans une institution familiale centenaire locale qui a à coeur le patrimoine Vénitien et sa clientèle, cette endroit est pour vous. Cet hôtel n’est pas un hôtel moderne avec employés à numéro tout faux sourire détenues par de lointains et riches investisseurs. Ne vous attendez pas à du luxe à la chaine “moderne”. Si vous hésitez, contactez les directement, oui comme à l’ancienne (écrire ou parler directement avec un humain), ils sauront vous indiquer si c’est pour vous.

Ottima qualità/prezzo, lontano dai rumori classici del centro. Eccellente ospitalità da parte di tutti i dipendenti. Per quanto riguarda la colazione è ricca e trovi di tutto. Camere pulitissime.

We have just returned from our third stay at this charming hotel which we would choose over a modern 5 star any day. It has the atmosphere of an established Venetian family home where you are welcomed as guests, not tourists. The setting is secluded and serene and an ideal location for sightseeing. Seguso is particularly convenient for the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Pasana whose smile is as wide and warm as his manner and whose English is impeccable. Likewise "Mr. Lawrence" who goes out of his way to welcome you and make your stay comfortable. We didn't want to leave.

Ett nydelig pensjonat med historisk innredning. Bygget har vært i samme familie siden 1700- tallet og har vært pensjonat i over 100 år. Ligger idyllisk til ved inn løpet til en kanal, og er kun en kort gåtur fra alle de store severdighetene i Venezia. Gode senger. Utrolig godt renhold, alle områder er rene og pene. Selv de delte toalettene og dusjene var rengjort flere ganger per dag. Selv om det var flere rom som delte toalett og dusjer opplevde vi aldri noen kø. Selv om bygget er gammelt var det stille og vi hørte aldri noe støy fra de andre gjestene. Med kanalen som gikk rett utenfor vinduet kunne man våkne til en magisk harmonisk stemning med bølgeskvulp, passerende båter og lyden av Venezia. Betjeningen var svært hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Frokosten var nydelig, og man fikk bestille egg og kaffe etter eget ønske fra den hyggelige betjeningen. Tusen takk for ett nydelig opphold som gjorde den historiske opplevelsen av Venezia perfekt.

Un enchantement au calme

Le charme, le charme, le charme ! Cet hôtel est merveilleux car tellement bien placé dans le Dorsoduro et tellement sympa et authentique avec des chambres charmantes et spacieuses. La vue magique à toutes les fenêtres et l'accueil extraordinaire. Les hôtes sont prêts à rendre 1000 services !

Nette kleine Pension. Unser Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad, es gibt aber auch gemeinschafts Bäder. Die Pension liegt sehr praktisch zwischen zwei Vaporetho Stationen. Und eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist auch in der Nähe.

Bel endroit agreable et accueillant près de l'eau

A friend of mine recommended to me this Hotel and I have to say, i was very pleased with my stay there. I had a single room with the view on the canal and with shared bathroom. You share the bathrooms on the same floor only with one or two other rooms and i never saw somebody else blocking the bathrooms. The bathrooms were very clean and it made it for me also then more comfortable to use them. The Staff is very polite, especially Alessandro and Giacomo as I had the most encounter with them and they gave good tips and recommendations for eating and getting around. The breakfast is very nice as well (i wished there would be more vegetables options as well), otherwise you get your coffee served directly, which is also nice. The location of the hotel, is really good, u have some essential Vaporetto lines in front of the hotel passing and and you can get to the Canal Grande in 5 minutes walk as well. Main sights are also reachable within 15 to 20 minutes walking distance and the neighbourhood is very local and a bit far from the big tourist streets. However, you have plenty locations to drink and eat nearby the hotel, as Dorsoduro is very popular among the locals as well. I strongly recommend everyone this hotel and will be staying there soon again.

Andare a Venezia e vivere l’atmosfera di una volta. Accolti con cordialità e gentilezza. Ottima posizione vicino ai principali punti d'interesse della città pur essendo situata in una zona tranquilla.Ottima colazione dolce e salata ..

I cannot express how much we appreciate everyone at this hotel. They were so accommodating. They helped with directions and even printed directions and information for us. The rooms were finely decorated with details from a prior century. This is a family owned home passed down and has evolved into a lovely hotel. Breakfast is served daily and it is amazing! I must mention the location is excellent with many restaurants conveniently located just a few steps away. The Water bus stop was very close and St Marks Square was in walking distance. While staying in Venice location is so important due to steps everywhere. Loved that we had a beautiful view from our room.

Piacevolmente sorpresa dalla gentilezza e professionalità del servizio. La pensione è stupenda e in un posto comodissimo.

Sono stato per 4 giorni in una camera doppia. L’hotel è in una posizione perfetta per poter girare Venezia. Lo staff è sorridente, gentile e professionale. Le stanze e l’albergo hanno un fascino d’altri tempi, una Venezia old style deliziosa. Ho passato uno splendido soggiorno. Ritornerei certamente sia da solo che in compagnia. Ringrazio ancora la struttura per avermi fatto sentire a casa.

la pensione ha una bellissima posizione al angolo del canale, è una vecchia pensione ferma nel tempo, le stanze e la struttura sono molto pulite ed i, personale che ci lavora è gentilissimo
