Prepare yourself to be surprised! When you pass through the Gates you are in a different world. The world of small hotel Luxury. They really care here, and I mean they as in every one of the staff. Everything is clean all the time. The front desk is always in attendance and paying attention to guests. Rooms are unique and well appointed. The views are spectacular! It certainly feels like a resort when you stay here. Gennaro runs the restaurants impeccably! He is incredible and wonderfully helpful. His team is attentive and know how to take care of diners. The food was magnificent! The wine selection won't disappoint even the wine snobs out there! And if your bank account runs heavy, there is definitely a Wine for you here to sip and take in the beautiful garden!! Let me know how find it. Stay here, drive through Amalfi. It's better. Pompeii and the ⛰️ mountain (Vesuvius) are close by and part of the view. Loved it here!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à la Médusa. Le lieu est splendide. Effectivement, le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel. La piscine parfaite ne vous attendez pas à une ambiance de fou car franchement pour nous il y avait peu de personnes ce qui nous convenait parfaitement par ailleurs car c'était calme. Le petit village à côté propose de très bons restaurants mais il faut une voiture ou utiliser le service de navette de la Méduse. Merci pour tout

Very nice relaxing place in a green Oasis. Beautiful hotel .Gastronomic restaurant with pianist is a must for dinner. Location is perfect to reach Piazetta Milu ( 2 stars michelin restaurant) in 10mn, Naples in 30mn and Sorrento in 30mn.

Compleanni al Medusa

Terza volta che torniamo al Medusa. Per la terza volta pienamente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. Hotel gradevolissimo per gli arredi e per il meraviglioso parco che lo circonda . Per non parlare della qualità della ristorazione , di altissimo livello .

Wonderful hotel with fantastic amenities and staff

Fantastic Hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the gardens amazing. We were a family of 7 and the staff could not have been more helpful. The service was friendly and efficient . The restaurant had a great menu with plenty of flexibility for children and intolerances and the quality of food was excellent. The spa is beautifully set within the garden with a good range of treatments and excellent therapists. Lovely pool , well maintained and just at the right temperature. The hotel is ideally placed for visiting pompeii etc and there are some villas within walking distance but the team could not be more helpful in arranging transport or the use of their shuttle . I would visit again and strongly recommend it

Superbe Hôtel

Séjour parfait ! La chambre est spacieuse, propre et confortable. La piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue, parfaite pour se détendre. Le personnel est vraiment au top : accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Un lieu où l’on se sent bien dès l’arrivée, je recommande vivement !

Petit coin de paradis

Quelle belle expérience !! Les commentaires sont à la hauteur de cette endroit magnifique. Le + bel extérieur qu il m ait été donné de voir dans un hôtel... Le personnel est vraiment au top. Prévenant, agréable, aimable...bref la crème de la crème. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, la vue du petit déjeuner est à couper le souffle et la piscine vraiment agréable. Le seul petit bémol s il faut en trouver un, c est que le restaurant n est vraiment pas donné et qu il n y a pas foule d autres possibilités pour se restaurer si on n a pas de voiture pour faire qq km. Mais cela reste une expérience magique et j espere vraiment pouvoir y retourner !!

This is an outstanding hotel! It was clean, our room and bathroom was spacious, with a balcony that we didn't have an opportunity to use.

J'étais déjà venu à ce magnifique hôtel de la baie de Naples il y a une vingtaine d'années en août 2004 ou 2005 avec ma femme et mes deux enfants et nous avions gardé un très bon souvenir de notre séjour. Je suis donc revenu cette fois-ci avec mon papa de 89 ans entre le 14 et le 18 août 2025 et je dois dire que l'expérience était à nouveau fabuleuse. Tout est parfait : l'hôtel lui-même, sa décoration, ses installations, ses merveilleux extérieurs, son animation en soirée et ses chambres, mais aussi les prestations de restauration au déjeuner, au diner et au petit déjeuner, qui lorsque nous étions venus la première fois n'était pas encore au magnifique 4ème étage avec une vue époustouflante sur la baie et le Vésuve. Tout le personnel est très agréable et très professionnel, félicitations à tous ! J'espère pouvoir revenir avant 20 ans ! en tout cas je recommanderai votre établissement à tous ceux qui me demandent un conseil pour leur séjour dans la baie de Naples. L'hotel est à 30-40mn en voiture de Naples, à 15mn de Pompei, 30-40mn de sorrento et positano, idéalement situé donc pour découvrir toute la région. J'aurais une seule recommandation à faire : ce serait de mettre un petit panneau à la piscine pour indiquer aux clients de bien vouloir prendre une douche avant de se baigner en indiquant clairement où elles se trouvent et aussi de faire respecter à leurs enfants la quiétude des autres clients. J'adore les enfants et en ai moi-même élevé deux, dans le respect de la tranquillité des autres.

Splendida esperienza.

A luglio2025 abbiamo alloggiato alla Medusa per 5 giorni. Esperienza meravigliosa. Siamo stati "coccolati " per tutto il soggiorno. Meravigliosi tutti ed in particolare il maitre del ristorante. Ottimo il servizio pulizia, eccellente la disponibilità di tutti, cucina eccezionale. Sicuramente da ritornare!!!!

We had a short two-day stay at La Medusa in Castellammare, and it was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel and grounds were absolutely beautiful, with lush gardens and a serene atmosphere. The staff was warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The pool was beyond anything we expected—spacious, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace, with panoramic views of the coast and mountains, was unforgettable. We left wishing we had more time, and we’ll definitely be visiting again.

Gorgeous place

This hotel is a little gem. Gorgeous property with luscious gardens. The staff are all amazing and the food is brilliant. The staff go out of their way to help and we liked it so much we stayed an extra night. Highly recommend and the breakfast is to die for. Lovely pool and gardens. The gym is very hot but I realise not a lot of people want to use it but I did!

Great Service! Must visit the spa, it was absolutely restorative! First day of true relaxation. Layout by the beautiful pool, great sandwich for lunch and visit to the spa. Beautiful property would definitely return for another stay i the future.

Great Hotel!!

Just returned from a family holiday at this hotel. What a great experience! We will definitely be back. Beautiful grounds, great pool, lovely food....and genuinely amazing staff. Big thank you to Gennaro and his team for making us feel so welcome. Its always the little things that make the difference, like going off menu to make sure our two children would enjoy the evening meals. All very much appreciated and hassle free. The hotel is in a quiet location but the shuttle service proved is excellent, very reliable and quick! Thank you for a wonderful stay, see you again!!

Outstanding Experience

I first stayed at hotel Medusa in 2013 and I was pleased to see that it is as excellent as it was then. The dining experience in the garden is superb with a fantastic atmosphere and faultless service.
