Centrally Located Gem with Outstanding Staff

Our stay in Bellagio was excellent. The hotel is centrally located, impeccably clean, and the staff was consistently professional, courteous, and helpful. We would gladly return and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Excellent hotel property in Bellagio

Great hotel at a superb location. Very friendly hotel staff! The hotel is well maintained with all necessary amenities. The breakfast room has an excellent view. The food options are decent and better than most of the other places.

The perfect hotel on Lake Como

Exceptional service from the moment I made my first enquiry. Endlessly helpful with advice, suggestions and assistance. A wonderful hotel with the perfect balance of smartness and luxury while maintaining a family atmosphere. There’s a fantastic rooftop terrace and bar which opens 6 evenings a week, plus a spa and sauna. I’d recommend paying a little more and staying in a room with a lake view and a balcony. It’s relaxing watching the world go by, and very handy to keep an eye on the queues for the boats!

Gioya at Hotel Du Lac

We had a fabulous evening at Hotel Du Lac with drinks on the 5th floor terrace before dinner at Gioya. The view from the terrace is incredible and the drinks and service were excellent. Dinner at Gioya was the highlight of our entire trip to Italy - the food was incredible delivered with world class service. Many thanks to everyone at Hotel Du Lac and I look forward to returning soon.

Perfecto!

I absolutely LOVE this hotel!!! It is perfectly situated in the main part of town right across from the ferry station. The staff were very welcoming and ready to give recommendations. The room was very comfortable and quiet. There is a sauna and hot tub for relaxing. There is a rooftop bar for drinks and sunsets. The price was very reasonable for the area. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great hotel in a great location! The DJ/sax player they had on the front patio Friday night was really fun!! The rooms were also really nice with very comfortable beds...

Amazing stay and experience!!!

This hotel offers everything what you would like to have to be looked after. We are very experienced travellers and used to stop in different hotels and being in Hotel Du Lac & SPA we felt like we stopped in a 5 stars hotel. Everything was beyond our expectations. The location was very good and the views the hotel offers were gorgeous. Our room was always super clean. The breakfast had excellent variety and the staff was caring and helpful. I would like particularly to thank Ganga for looking after me, her attention to my wishes. All receptionists were extremely helpful as well and very friendly but Sara was just amazing. She helped us with everything we needed. Huge THANKS to all of you making our holiday SUPER special!!! Liza and Daniel.

Das Hotel hat halt schon seinen Preis aber die Leistungen dazu sind gut. Die Lage ist wunderbar, die Zimmer geräumig aber leider ein wenig hellhörig. Das Frühstücksbüffet kann sich sehen lassen. Die Mitarbeitenden an der Reception waren äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir genossen jeden Abend noch einen Absacker auf der Terrasse des Hotels. Da ist beim Servicepersonal noch Luft nach oben.

Hotel Du Lac Bellagio, Italy - Lake Como

First trip ever to a hotel in Italy. Knowing that there would be differences between hotels in Italy and the U.S. I would say that this was a fine hotel to stay at if you visit Bellagio. Staff and amenities where excellent. Missed some conveniences that U.S. have but overall a good time.

If we could have put 6 stars, we would ! Wonderful overall experience. Helpful, smiling and professionnal staff from the reception to the cleaning team. Thank you very much for everything, you all made our stay an exquisite experience! My only complaint : I wish I could stayed longer - 3 nights were not enough !

Wonderful place on Lake Como.

The hotel is a very popular area and the view is awesome. Our room faced the lake and was a great place to spend 3 days of our 46th Anniversary trip to Italy. Would suggest you book early as this is a unique boutique hotel. The staff made you feel like family.

Beautiful couples retreat at Hotel Du Lac

The room was bright and clean. The views were spectacular and the hotel was in a great location in Bellagio. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Du Lac

Hotel Du Lac is an amazing hotel! Everything about this place is top notch. Everything from the staff at breakfast, cleanliness of the rooms, the Terrance bar and especially the folks at the front desk could not have been more accommodating. Mr Graziano Paola and his staff at the front desk were wonderful. They answered all of our questions in detail, were very knowledgeable about all the boat transportation and which dock to get the boat at. They even had schedules for all the transportation lines around the lake and helped you decide which boat and time worked best for you. The Hotel Du Lac made our Bellagio trip one that will always be remembered. I would recommend a room with a view of the lake to any traveler!

Perfect location in an idyllic town

You cannot beat the location or the breakfast buffet views in the morning. We had an incredible stay at Hotel Du Lac for our 3 nights in the Lake Como district. We booked a standard room which was basic, nothing flash, but it was kept very clean and had sufficient storage for our short stay and let’s face it, we didn’t have much time in our room as there was so much to do, see and eat! The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was ample, fresh and delicious.
