"A tavola non si invecchia." (At the table, one does not grow old.) ~Italian Proverb It’s old school Italian, and they share the kitchen with Osteria del Cinghiale Bianco. We met Michael who owns both restaurants. The poached egg with truffles and perfectly prepared foie gras was phenomenal. And the buratta with truffles was wow too! Eccezionale!

Randevusuz gidilemeyen bir yer olsa da biz akşam 21:00 e doğru gidip şansımızı denedik ve restaurantın arka kısmında kalan alandaki masalarda bize yer ayarlayabildiler. Çalışanların hepsi çok nazik ve yardımseverdi. Biz dana biftek (straccetti di manzo) ve carpaccio sipariş ettik. Yemekler oldukça lezzetliydi. Tiramisu için ayrı bir parantez açmak lazım çok başarılıydı. Ev yapımı şarapları oldukça lezzetli ve uygun fiyatlı. Tek eksi yönü fiyatlara kişi başı (coperto) servis ücreti eklemeleriydi. Tavsiye ederim.

The highlight of our trip to Italy was the incredible experience and outstanding service we received from Marco and his amazing team. During our stay in Florence, we dined at both Osteria del Cinghiale Bianco and their sister restaurant Osteria del Pavone on both nights—and we couldn't have chosen better. We also enjoyed fantastic cocktails at their charming cocktail bar. From thoughtful wine recommendations to the perfectly cooked Florentine steak and several delightful surprise tastings from Marco, every detail contributed to an unforgettable Italian experience. The kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality of the entire team left a lasting impression. I will absolutely be recommending these wonderful places to anyone visiting Florence!

Tolles Ambiente in einem schnuckeligen Seitengässchen. Das Essen war sehr harmonisch und schön angerichtet. Die Bedienung war top.

Really nice upscale restaurant in Oltrano. Beautiful spaces. Service is great ,everyone was super friendly and helpful. The cocktail bar is also a nice plus, nice bartenders as well. The food was delicious , and it was definitely worth seeking it out.

Locale romantico, accogliente , elegante .. personale gentile , premuroso con un servizio accurato.. ovviamente abbiamo scelto la Tartare , che viene preparata al momento …. Solo una parola per descriverla: Fantastica!!

Abbiamo prenotato all'osteria cinghiale bianco e ci siamo ritrovati all'osteria del pavone, ristoranti collegati passando dalle cucine ma a parte questo il mangiare è turistico, usati prodotti industriali. Crostini con pane scadente e molle, nel cinghiale con la polenta le olive da barattolo invece che le classiche al forno, come i carciofi usati per fare i tagliolini con gusto solo di aglio. Patate invece che al forno bollite e ripassate in padella. I camerieri molto carini e premurosi ma peccato la sensazione di ansia da prestazione.

Siamo entrati dall ingresso del ristorante Cinghiale Bianco, attraversato il locale e passati dalle cucine ci siamo seduti, ma a fine cena ci siamo accorti che non era il ristorante che avevano prenotato dallo scontrino fiscale. Crostini molli, pasta all'aglio, fagioli non conditi da barattolo, patate bollite e ripassate in padella. Camerieri in gamba ma con ansia da prestazione. Non parliamo del conto, esoso per la qualità del cibo

Everything was top class. This restaurant is hidden away in the winding streets of Florence. We walked in and were greeted by well dressed waiters who were extremely attentive. They went above and beyond for us and made the experience memorable.
