Συγχαρητηρια για τον επαγγελματισμο του! ΧρειαστηκΑ αμαξι για μερα στη Ρωμη κ με εξυπηρετησε μεσω μηνυματων ενω ηταν κλειστος την Κυριακη. Εκανα την κρατηση, ολες οι χρεωσεις αναλυτικα χωρις τιποτα κρυφο. Εγγυηση δεν ζητηθηκε. Το αμαξι Lancia μοσχομυριζε αρωμα κ ηταν πεντακαθαρο. Η παραλαβη διηρκησε κυριολεκτικα 4' λεπτα! Ευγενεστατος κ με πληρη ενημερωση πως θα παραδωσω το αμαξι στο αεροδρομιο. Αφησαμε το αμαξι σε ενα παρκινγκ που συνεγαζεται κ απο εκει 7 λεπτα μας πηρε το βανακι για να μας μεταφερει αεροδρομιο. Στο τελος μου εστειλε κ μηνυμα αν αντιμετωπισα καποιο θεμα. Μπραβο σας!!! Συνεχιστε ετσι γιατι σπανια υπαρχει ειλικρινεια στις μερες μας!!!

Smidig biluthyrning med snabb service – men info om laddning saknades Vi hyrde en ny och fulltankad Fiat Panda i två dagar i Rom. Allt gick mycket smidigt – Marko svarade snabbt i telefon och gav tydlig prisinformation direkt. Upphämtning och återlämning fungerade utan problem. Ett tips till framtida hyrestagare: Bilen har en USB-laddare inbyggd i instrumentpanelen, men det visste varken vi eller Marko om – han hänvisade istället till cigarettuttaget, som tyvärr inte fungerade som laddare. Det ledde till att vi fick tillbringa 1,5 timme mitt i natten på en bensinmack för att få tillräckligt med ström i mobilen för att hitta tillbaka till vårt lägenhetshotell. Dagen efter, i dagsljus, hittade vi USB-porten själva. En parkeringsskiva saknades också i bilen, men i Rom får man ändå oftast betala för parkering. Trots det lilla missödet är vi mycket nöjda med bilen och servicen – bara viktigt att få rätt info från början. Vi kommer hyra här igen, med lite mer koll på detaljerna nästa gång. Noleggiare un’auto con questa compagnia è stata un’ottima scelta! Servizio eccellente – rapido, cordiale e molto disponibile, anche nonostante il nostro arrivo anticipato. L’auto era pulita, ben tenuta e pronta all’uso, con il pieno di carburante. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la flessibilità e la gentilezza di Marco – viaggiavamo con un neonato, quindi per noi era importante evitare lo stress e avere tutto organizzato in modo comodo. Tutto è andato perfettamente: dalle pratiche burocratiche, al ritiro dell’auto, fino alla riconsegna. L’auto si è comportata benissimo sia nel centro di Roma, sia durante le escursioni fuori città. Regole chiare, nessun costo nascosto, prezzi competitivi. Sicuramente torneremo e raccomandiamo questa compagnia a chiunque voglia visitare Roma e dintorni in modo comodo e senza pensieri!

Very professional, flexible and courteous. Although the car is not as new as from most big companies, it served well. I would recommend this company. What impressed us: excellent service. What happened: we had a flat tyre from a big puncture in Pompeii. The car was immobilised (no spare tyre). Marco was very fast at responding to help bridging language barrier and organising towing (within 20 min) and replacement with new tyre (car pick-up early the next morning as incident occurred late afternoon, all repair shops were close). No cost, no question asked, everything was focused on resolving the problem ASAP to make minimum impact on our planned journey. Note: we purchased full cover "CRC Plus". Conclusion: i can agree with the good reviews from other customers. A special thank to Marco who provided great help and undoubtedly an excellent service. Again, a big thank you Marco, you made the difference.

We rented a car for one day and were completely satisfied! Everything was perfectly organized and very professional from the reservation to the return. Marco was extremely friendly, helpful, and gave us excellent advice. You can really tell that customer service is a top priority here. Whenever we are in Rome again, we will definitely rent a car from him. Highly recommended !

Great experience with Crescenzi! I just moved to the area, learning Italian and needed a rental car rather quickly. The owner is very helpful, personable and efficient while knowing English as well. Will definitely use his company again in the future.
