Casa Mele

After 2 weeks in Italy, this was our final and best meal. It was all the traditional Italian dishes, in a modern and elevated way. They clearly care a lot about their food, and it shows. Loved everything we ate. Definitely recommend.

Best restaurant in Positano, hands down! Outstanding value for money for a really refined food offering. A real change from the traditional type of restaurant that is typical in Positano. Service was impeccable, quality ingredients cooked very well. Extremely kind staff including the owner chef Raffaele.

A Dining Gem in Positano

Casa Mele doesn’t need to trade off views to cover the inadequacy of everything else as many tourist town restaurants do. It’s all about the food, the authentic service, the reasonably priced and extensive wine list all combined with a beautiful ambience. A rare delight bringing a beautiful twist to traditional staples. The Caprese salad was a symphony of flavours, the freshly shucked oysters with a delicate marinade were just the wonderful start to a cuisine journey. If you are done with the standard pizza pasta sea bass fare and want to actually enjoy a meal - this is your destination

If you desire an artfully prepared, unique, 1 of 1 Italian dining experience then Casa Mele is a must. Absolutely incredible food. And great wines too. If you are accustomed to extremely high end fine dining type of service then it might feel a bit casual or laid back in regard to service.. which can honestly feel nice when compared to many other stuffy high end places. And the food is absolutely 10/10…. If you are a real foodie type or truly appreciate beautiful, unique, delicious ingredients then you can’t miss this place.

Loved the concept and tasting menu. My wife didn’t care for one of the eight dishes and it was promptly replaced with seared Ahi without saying a word. Wait staff was attentive and we felt that the head Chef actually cares if you like the food and carefully thought out each course.

Best restaurant in Positano hands down. The food was amazing, the staff was attentive and hospitable, and the atmosphere was modern and clean. We did the tasting menu and they gave us extra courses on the house. Everything was so well planned out and plated and the flavors were perfectly matched.

The food here is so good we going for dinner 2 days in a row. We were supprised they dont have micheline star yet.

One of the best meal in Positano… I loved Grilled marinated pork a lot.

음식은 에피타이저부터 맛있었어요ㅎㅎ 감자칩인데 고급 감자침ㅋㅋ 파무침은 새콤달콤한게 입맛을 돋구더라구요 파스타는 그냥 그랬지만 스테이크 고기가 정말 부드럽고 맛있었어여 👍👍👍👍👍 디저트는 좀 느끼하더라구요ㅠㅠ 아그리고 노을 보는 자리는 없어서 노을 지는 곳에서 보고 캄캄해지면 오는걸 추천드랴요ㅋㅋ 금액은 인당 65유로정도 젠틀한 사장님💕💕

Great cooking class!

The cooking class was fantastic!! The food we made was our favorite meal on the trip. The chef did a great job explaining to us the recipes, and we can’t wait to cook the food again at home. The service was great, and the waiters constantly filled our wine glasses and gave us complimentary limoncello and cappuccino included in the cooking class. This was well worth the coast and it is a great memory we will have for a lifetime!

A meal at Casa Mele is an absolute must-do. The atmosphere is warm, sophisticated, and perfectly sets the stage for what is to come. And then there's the food—oh, the food! Every single dish, from the appetizers to the dessert, was delicious. The flavors were vibrant and complex, each plate was a work of art, meticulously crafted and beautiful to eat. The staff was incredible—super nice, friendly, and genuinely attentive. They made us feel so welcome and enhanced our entire dining experience. We cannot wait to go back!

Did a cooking class here with Rosa. She was lovely. Fresh ingredients, you don’t have to do a ton of cooking (mainly prep and learning about the ingredients and cuisine). It was so much fun and a great way to spend the afternoon. (Unlimited prosecco included)

UNGLAUBLICH!

UNGLAUBLICH GUT - Das Essen sowie der Service waren tadellos. Wir wurden durchgehend souverän und effizient bedient und das Essen war unglaublich! Wir haben je eine Vorspeise, ein „First Courses“ und ein Dessert bestellt, mit den ganzen „Gruss aus der Küche“ waren wir mehr als sat. Jede Speise, d.h. der Burrata, die Pasta etc. waren von handgemacht - die italienische Küche wurde zum Teil neu erfunden und das altbewerte wurde erhalten. Wir konnten nur einen Abend in Positano verbringen und waren mit unserer Restaurantwahl mehr als glücklich! Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

Serata fantastica. Personale accogliente, disponibile e professionale. riescono Subito a metterti a proprio agio e farti sentire a casa. Tutto buono dall'antipasto al dolce. preparato con tanta esperienza e lasciando i sapori autentici dei vari piatti. Complimenti a tutto lo staff.

Wonderful restaurant with transformative food, very elevated fine dining. Not traditional or "street" food, so if that's what you're looking for, this is not the place. If you want great, elegant food, this place is perfect.

This is one of the best meals I’ve ever had. We did the Essence and had over 7 dishes. Every bite was absolutely delicious and the price was very reasonable for the quality of ingredients, amount of food and the service. Highly recommend trying!
