Bellissimo appartamento ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Excelente. Raquel y Andrea muy atentos y amables. Tuvieron en cuenta mi alimentación vegetariana a la hora del desayuno. Nos proporcionaron todas las comodidades. Incluso nos dejaron dejar las valijas hasta que salga nuestro vuelo. El lugar hermoso, limpio y la zona a metros del coliseo

Temmuz ayının başında 4 gece, çocuklu bir aile olarak burada konakladık ve her anlamda çok rahat ettik, konumu çok iyi, parkın içinden Kolezyum'a 5 dkda yürüyebilirsiniz. Odamız tertemiz ve çok rahattı, buzdolabı, fırını, bulasik makinesi, camasir yikama ve kurutma makinesi bile var, kısaca uzun süre de kalinabilecek bir daire formunda. Kahvaltılık bir çok şey vardı dolapta, peynir, tereyağı, yoğurt, içecekler, reçel, ekmek vs. Bittikçe tekrar tekrar istedik, Andrea ve Raquel her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldular, tekrar Roma'ya gidersem yine tercih edeceğim bir yer. Sadece giderken terlik götürmek gerekiyormuş, bizim tek zorlandigimiz durum evde ayakkabıyla dolaşmak oldu.Biz internet rezervasyon sitesi üzerinden kiraladık ama arayarak rezervasyon yapılırsa aracı siteler olmadan daha uygun bir fiyata alınabileceğini söylediler.

This place was just great and Andrea is a super host!

We had just a quick overnight stay here at the end of our trip to catch a flight the next morning. We wish we had the chance to stay longer and enjoy this beautiful place. The host was very communicative and helpful. Even arranged a taxi for the early morning for us. Nice comfy clean spacious room. Common area with snacks. A nice quiet park right outside. For our last night we walked and found a restaurant with outdoor seating right next to the colosseum. Then grabbed some gelato and walked around the park before passing out in our room. I think there are 3 rooms that are bookable so this could be a great place for a family or group of friends to stay. In a quiet part of town but walkable to all the attractions. Would highly recommend!

The hotel is in a very beautiful location, the interior is very clean and peaceful. The owner and the staff are very kind. The breakfast is delightful, and you can also use the kitchen. The presence of small guests (cats in the garden🪻) can also brighten your day🌻

Acabamos de llegar de nuestro a viaje a Roma, y que este viaje haya sido espectacular, es también en parte por el alojamiento. Fue una de las mejores decisiones que hemos tomado al reservarlo. Un alojamiento super idílico al lado del Coliseo y algo alejados del bullicioso Roma, cosa que se agradece para descansar pero estando muy céntrico igualmente. Los anfitriones son geniales y están super atentos para cualquier cosa que necesites y hacen todo lo posible para que tu estancia sea la mejor. Sus bizcochos caseros son TOP. El alojamiento también esta a 10-15 minutos de Termini, lo que también es un plus a la hora de viajar.

El sitios es espectacular, muy limpio, espacioso y acogedor. Tuvimos una estancia excelente y la localización es estupendo. Además, los anfitriones están siempre disponibles, atentos y dispuesto a ayudar, Muy muy recomendable!

Excellent à tous points de vue

C’est suite aux excellents retours que nous avons choisi cet établissement. Nous confirmons les retours positifs, en particulier la gentillesse d’Andrea, le fait que l’endroit est idéal car calme pour se reposer et tout près du Colisée (au bout de l’allée) et qu’on peut tout faire à pied (gare Termini à 15 min) et les autres monuments à maximum 45 minutes. C’est un petit B&B de 3-4 chambres dans un quartier résidentiel avec des resrtaurants et durtout un excellent traiteur à moins de 5 minutes. Nous avions la chambre au rdc avec 2 fenêtres hauts plafonds avec canapé, exceelente literie et le Wifi fonctionne très bien. La chambre et tout le bâtiment est très propre. L’accès est facile par les 2 codes d’entrée. Le B&B dispose d’une cuisine complète et l’hôte nous offre les breuvages toute la journée (soft drink et café de qualité d’une machine avec grains), des fruits, des cacahuètes, des chips et des gâteaux : vraiment très généreux et apprécié. Le petit-déjeuner nous a beaucoup plus avec le très bon café maison, des fromages, des viandes froides, des yaourts et des toasts. Notre séjour nous a beaucoup plus et mérite amplement de 5 sur 5 !

Trovare di meglio a Roma per noi 3?! non credo....

Viaggiamo sempre in 3, 2 umani ed un mini peloso. Penso che a Roma, che non è di certo una città da visitare con il cane (anche se mini di 3 kg) sia difficile trovare un b e b così accogliente. Pulizia, spazio, colazione, tranquilità a due passi dal colosseo e da tante altre meraviglie. Sicuramente torneremo a Roma e sicuramente torneremo in questo b e b. Grazie

Questo posto mi è stato consigliato da mio cognato....che come me ha un cane....io ne ho 2....,il proprietario è carinissimo......ci ha accolto a casa sua...ma in realtà ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra..... grazie di cuore.....

Abbiamo trascorso un Week end romano a due passi dal colosseo! Complimenti ad Andrea e raquel sempre disponibili. Appartamento situato in una posizione strategica, vicino al Colosseo, zona tranquilla e molto piacevole a 1 min dal parco del colle oppio. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e fornite di ogni cosa. Andrea offre una colazione extra direttamente in casa, con torte fatta in casa, affettati molto freschi e buoni. Possibilità di avere senza glutine e lattosio (latte alpro senza zucchero cocco, uno dei miei preferiti) è andato oltre le mie aspettative. Davvero tutto perfetto! Posizione favolosa, per raggiungere la fermata della metro, bus, tram a pochi minuti. Ringrazio molto Andrea, è simpatico e disponibile, ha consigli e suggerimenti. Torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Ci siamo stati a luglio in camera de luxe molto bella e funzionale, un appartamento con due bagni, cucina e tavolino con sedie esterno privato. Il tutto vicino al Colosseo e quindi alla metropolitana

B&B fantastico in posizione stupenda. Gentilissimi e disponibili. Purtroppo vissuto per una sola notte.

Amazing location. You walk 100m through the domus aurea park and you’re at the Colosseum! Beautiful rooms. Cute common area with a well stocked fridge with drinks. Nice breakfast as well. Staff is very friendly and easy to contact

It is right at the heart of the Coliseum area. Easy to walk, easy to get to metro station. But the apartment is fabulous! Lots of room for 3 people. Separate bedroom and then a fold out double. Kitchenette area with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishes. Private bathroom. And the host, Andrea... perfection! So kind and sweet. This place is amazing and I would recommend easily! Update ... Andrea even booked a car for us to the airport that was cheaper and nicer than a taxi! I'm posting pics of the space (please ignore the packing mess)

Perfect stay next to Colosseo and Domus Aurea. Nevertheless, calm and safe location. Nice breakfast, friendly host. Highly recommended!
