I had the pleasure of dining at Alduomo bistrot during my visit to Amalfi Coast, and it was an unforgettable experience. The team went above and beyond by accommodating a special request for a seafood pasta—and let me tell you, it was absolutely phenomenal. The flavors were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced, with every bite showcasing the quality of the ingredients and the skill in the kitchen. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere of the bistro felt cozy yet refined. It’s not every day you come across a restaurant that delivers both heart and flavor in such a seamless way. Highly recommend to anyone in the area—especially if you’re a seafood lover. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A dispetto di alcune pretestuose recensioni negative di persone che nemmeno sanno quale sia la cottura della pasta, noi abbiamo mangiato bene in un ambiente accogliente con servizio professionale e amichevole. Spaghetti a vongole “al dente” e ben preparati. Finalmente il prezzemolo tagliato fresco... Buoni i gamberi in tempura e ottimo il limoncello. Conto in linea con la location. Personalmente ho mangiato bene, direttamente in piazza e non mi ha sconvolto. Torneremo. Ogni anno siamo ad Amalfi e l’inseriremo nei nostri ristoranti di riferimento. (L’ospitalità ad Amalfi spesso abdica un po’ troppo alle “necessità” dei turisti. Fosse solo per il ghiaccio nel bicchiere per l’acqua. Si rischia di perdere autenticità e diventare parco giochi tipo Venezia).

Good options for breakfast. Surprisingly, it is the only place in the neighborhood that will serve you eggs. Breakfasts aren't a thing here, I guess. Very fast service, very pleasant and friendly waiter. Tasty food and coffee. Great view and location.

Una vera trappola per turisti. Prezzi folli per una qualità imbarazzante: una semplice Margherita con patatine a 16€, insapore e mal presentata. Ma il colmo? Due caffè a 8€! È scandaloso far pagare così tanto per un pranzo mediocre. Locale in pieno centro ad Amalfi, ma questo non giustifica il conto assurdo. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Da evitare.

Emanuele is great!!!!

Emanuele was soooo great and fun!! He came to our table many times to make sure we have everything. He has such a great smile and made us forget all our struggles :)) . The food was reallllyyy amazing . I had the garlic pasta with clams and my husband had a nice Lasanga. The beer was so great and cold and fresh. Even if I had a flu I wouldn't care less because everything was sooo delicious. Emanuele - you are amazing!! Thank you for your energy and thank you to the management- everything was fast paced and delicious.

Contrary to the other restaurants at the centre (which are touristic trap places in my opinion) this place has such delicious food, very warm and classy staff attending to you. It is really good quality food here and hey it is still in the main square ✨ I had dinner here after I had a very delicious breakfast and dinner did not disappoint! And I am telling you as a foodie.

A melhor pizza da Itália na frente da igreja e praça principal de Amalfi. Atendentes sorridentes, serviço excelente! Recomendo a todos que chegarem em Amalfi. Molto buono!!!!

This place is a gem! Hidden right in plain sight on the square. The tagliatelle Bolognese is probably the best I’ve had in a Amalfi. My wife had the spaghetti carbonara, also excellent. Outside seating is great! Cocktails were great as well. Staff is attentive and delightful! You are not rushed like most places here.

Très bon restaurant

Super repas, nous avons mangé des pâtes à la carbonara, les meilleurs jamais goûté ! Et une pizza aux champignons et au jambon, qui était incroyable, des produits frais, ça se sent. Les prix étaient corrects ! Et nous avons pris des cocktails sans alcool qui étaient pas mal.

Non sapevo dove mangiare 🍴 e per caso ho scoperto questo locale accogliente, con un servizio impeccabile e con piatti deliziosi. Ho ordinato gli scialatielli: sapori autentici, ingredienti freschissimi e una presentazione curata. Il piatto (solo la pasta) è costato 20€, un prezzo onesto considerando che siamo ad Amalfi, proprio di fronte al Duomo. Un’esperienza da ripetere! Consiglio
