Very beautiful small family restaurant with amazing wine and food, great attention to details, beautiful plates and servings, the food was super fresh and tasty and very well presented. Not typically tourist place, exactly what I was looking for! 👌

Un' esperienza davvero unica e piacevolissima per un'occasione speciale. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto, un primo, un secondo ed un dolce, tutto sapientemente preparato da uno chef competente e pieno di passione. Impiattamento da 10 e lode. Atmosfera intima e raccolta. Un vero piacere per i sensi,da provare assolutamente.

Sono stato in questo ristorante recentemente e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. Il personale è gentile, attento e sempre disponibile, creando un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassata. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è la proprietaria, Valentina: semplicemente eccellente. La sua passione per il lavoro si percepisce in ogni dettaglio, dalla cura del servizio alla qualità delle proposte in menu. Sempre sorridente e presente, riesce a far sentire ogni cliente speciale. Tornerò sicuramente. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

Amazing restaurant - i had my birthday here tonight it was so magical! The staff is super professional. A live band entartained us and made it the dinner so unique ! grazie ❤️

Superbe endroit, les pâtes étaient délicieuses et le service impeccable! Nous avons un petit bébé de 4 mois et ils ont été vraiment adorables et accommodants. La terrasse est jolie et l’endroit est très conviviale! Nous recommandons à 100%!

This restaurant was suggested by my hotel and I cannot thank them enough. Valentina and her staff gave me the warmest of welcomes and the food was amazing! I had the Spaghetti Vongole, followed by the catch of the day, which was a Snapper and also the Eggplant Caponata. The crispy trio of cannoli’s finished a superb dinner along with Limoncello and nice chat with Valentina herself! Memorable evening!

Absolutely perfect food all fresh. Didn’t try to over sell us the most expensive wine etc etc. Lamb shank sous vide 5 hours then oven cooked hard to beat. Canola pistachio outrageous Xx

Was für ein glücklicher Zufall - wir hatten bei Valentina ein Zimmer im "Maison de Charme" (ebenfalls empfehlenswert!!!) gebucht, und bei der Frage nach einem guten Ort zum Abendessen hatte sie uns natürlich ihr Restaurant empfohlen und gleich für uns reserviert-es war ein Traum, wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Das Ambiente auf der Terrasse stilvoll aber sehr gemütlich, die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und nett, alles sehr stimmig. Und das Essen fantastisch: selten so einen leckeren Oktopus gegessen, knusprig, zart und aromatisch, aber auch die feinen Ravioli oder die Nudeln mit Oktopus Ragú waren einfach ein Gedicht! Unter den Gästen waren auch Einheimische, die etwas zu feiern hatten, immer ein gutes Zeichen 😉 Preislich etwas gehoben, aber auch qualitativ sehr hochwertig, es hat sich gelohnt, danke Valentina und Danilo!

Se cercate un locale raffinato con ottimo cibo e servizio, questo è quello perfetto a Taormina. Entrare nel vicolo mi farà già apprezzare l’atmosfera che troverete nel locale. Ottimi i paccheri alla “vecchia Taormina”!

My family and I went here on a whim and were blown away! The owner and her husband were extremely attentive and kind. We were originally sat in the beautiful garden, but when it started raining they were quick about moving us inside. I found the staff incredibly accommodating and attentive. I love how the owner really cares and continued to check in with us! The homemade bread & food were absolutely delicious. If you’re in Taormina, you should absolutely go here. Would highly recommend!

Went to Raya on a whim tonight. The owner and her husband are absolutely wonderful and were extremely accommodating when it began raining when we were seated outside. The back garden is beautiful and the food is wonderful. The eggplant parm app is great. You can tell the owner really cares, definitely try this place out!
